If yes pls provide me more info like how old is this condo what are the facilities, how much is the monthly dues, mode of payment will be cash so is there any discount for that? haha. Hi Mindy, regret to tell you it was sold last week, but I have new listings again for postings next week, I will send to your email the pictures, but the same details as this one at P1.8M net selling, 1 big room with own toilet one small room with own toilet, a sala , a kitchen,dining , a veranda, and the parking space alloted for all the unit owner. Hi Maggie, sige wait ko ang sister mo na magtext or tumawag para mapakita ko ang unit, you are qualified basta member ka. at least 24 monthly contribution ang dapat nahulog mo to qualify for a loan. If not, puede natin bayaran ng lumpsum ang 24 monthly contribution. Sana magkita na kami para maabutan natin ang unit. Thanks and take care.
